My Philosophy
Your brain, your body, your
whole story — together.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by experiences that others don't always understand. You're not too much. You're not broken. Your nervous system has been doing the best it can.
"I'll never think you're being gross or weird. I'll never feel like you are being too much. I will always believe in you."
Together, we focus on understanding how your brain, body, and life experiences interact — and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful relief and growth. You can expect warmth, humor, hands-on learning, and a new understanding of how your mind actually works.
Areas of Focus
What we can work through together
Whether you're struggling with a racing mind or a heavy heart, there's a way forward. These are the areas I'm most passionate about.
ADHD
Understanding how your brain is wired — not broken — and building real strategies for focus, follow-through, and self-compassion.
Anxiety
Learning to move through anxiety instead of being ruled by it. We'll work with your nervous system, not against it.
Chronic Pain
Pain that persists is more than physical. We'll explore the mind-body connection and build a life with more ease and agency.
Grief & Loss
Grief doesn't follow a schedule or a checklist. I'll hold space for whatever your loss looks and feels like.
Relationship Issues
For individuals and couples who want to communicate more clearly and feel more genuinely connected.
Life Transitions
Career shifts, family changes, identity questions. I help people find their footing and move forward with intention.
My Approach
Rooted in evidence.
Open to the whole person.
My approach blends the science of contextual behavioral psychology with playfulness, curiosity, and a focus on meaning and purpose. Therapy with me isn't a lecture — it's hands-on, often funny, always respectful of how you learn and who you are.
